These terms cover your use of this website, the reservations you make through it, and our SMS text messaging program. This website is operated by 2682 LLC, doing business as The Speakeasy of Marco. By using the site you agree to what follows.
Reservations
- Requests for an available table are confirmed automatically and you receive a confirmation email with your table number. If the room cannot take your party exactly as requested, we contact you by email or telephone to sort it out.
- Tables are held for an hour and a half, or two hours for parties of seven or more.
- We do not take same-day reservations online, and parties of nine or more are booked by telephone at (239) 970-2929.
- Please give us a call if your plans change. Repeatedly not showing up for a booked table may mean we ask for future reservations by telephone.
- Please provide accurate details, including a telephone number we can actually reach you on.
SMS Messaging Terms
2682 LLC, doing business as The Speakeasy of Marco, operates the SMS text messaging program. By ticking the consent box on our reservation form you agree to receive automated promotional and marketing text messages, and messages regarding your reservations and our special events, at the telephone number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The consent box is never ticked in advance, and you can book a table without it.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, and are between you and your carrier. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be delayed or prevented by conditions outside our control, including your carrier's network.
To stop: reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. For help: reply HELP, or call us at (239) 970-2929.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the mobile information you give us for SMS consent is set out in our Privacy Policy: it is never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use Of This Website
Please use the site for its intended purpose: reading our menus and booking a table. Do not attempt to disrupt it, submit reservations you do not intend to keep, or use automated means to submit the form.
Menus, Prices And Hours
Menus, prices, hours and events shown here can change, and items sell out. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply a particular item at a particular price. Please call us if something matters to your plans.
Allergies And Dietary Needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of them. Tell us about an allergy or dietary requirement in the special requests box and again when you arrive, and we will do our best for you.
Intellectual Property
The name The Speakeasy of Marco, the content of this site and the photographs on it belong to 2682 LLC. Please do not reuse them commercially without our permission.
Disclaimer And Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, 2682 LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site or from a reservation made through it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes To These Terms
If we change these terms we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top.
